Q: Is The Daily Glow Skincare safe for face use?

A: Yes, all products are safe for face. The Daily Glow handmade soap bars are a great for face, body, & feminine care. The butters can be used on face as well. Just a small amount can add moisture and may heal scars on your face.

Q: What products are good for eczema?

A: The best products for eczema and other chronic dry skin conditions would be the back-to-basics unscented body butter, lotus flower oil, glow goddess oil, and the honey & oats bar.

Q: What products are good for acne & hyper-pigmentation?

A: The best products for acne and hyper-pigmentation are the turmeric & lemongrass bar, green goddess bar, rose glow bar, lotus flower oil, and the turmeric & lemongrass face wash.

Return Policy

In the event that your order is lost or missing in the mail we do advise you to follow up with the postal service and file a claim with them. All packages are insured. We also ask that forward all details to our customer service department. Undelivered lost packages may be reissued. Delivered lost/ stolen packages may be reissued after claim is filed. In the event your order is incorrect please email us a photo of what you have received, and we will replace order in 1-3 business days.

ALL orders are fulfilled within 3-5 business days.

Tracking numbers can take anywhere from 1-4 business days to update depending on our mail pick up day/ when the post office scans in your package. USPS in our city is very understaffed. This is beyond our control.
